Senior Business Analyst Jobs

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an upcoming contract project.

Project Dates: 6 months with possibility for extension

Location: 100% Remote; PST hours preferred (possibility of some onsite travel to Irvine, CA depending on project)

Work Schedule: Open - must be available to participate in meetings across various time zones, including after hours with global teams

Rate: $70-86 per hour

No third parties or Corp to Corp please.

• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Work with information technology professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements
• Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
• Create requirements/user stories and specifications for business solutions
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
• Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
• Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and functional design specifications
• Run workshops and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Four or more years of Business Analyst experience
• Technical writing
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Superior presentation skills
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
