POSITION: Sr. Business Analyst

LOCATION:St. Louis, MO

DURATION: 18 Months

As a Sr. Business Analyst on the Super User Network (SUN) team, you will be the Product Costing subject matter expert, analyze, diagnose, and resolve SAP issues, educate system users, execute health checks, and enforce standard procedures. You will ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you’ll be able to speak on behalf of the business on critical incidents impacting NPPC.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research and resolve end user issues and requests mainly related to manufacturing costs processes like period end close and budget

• Enforce standard operating procedures to maintain Business Process Optimization

• Perform one-on-one or small group training/review

• Execute Health Checks and monitor applications

• Proactively collaborate with various business areas, support teams and technical teams

• Work critical incidents through resolution and provide timely updates to management and users

Basic Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in a business analysis or similar role within a business facing or IT environment is required

• Advanced knowledge of SAP CO Module - Product Costing

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, management, or relatable experience is preferred

Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of SAP CO Module especially with Manufacturing Costs full end to end processes (budget and period end close)

• Very good understanding of Costing Period End Close steps and their impacts

• BW / AFO / MM and PP are relevant to know to support our accounting teams at the factories

• General understanding of the financial postings as they relate to the corporate and manufacturing processing (e.g., Costing, COGS and COPA)

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products: including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Teams is preferred
