Senior Sales and Operations Manager (South Florida)

Primary Purpose & Summary

As a Senior Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth as well as overseeing and leading the day-to-day operations across current (and future) Lina locations. Overall position responsibility includes a strong focus on lead conversion while also maintaining locations operating at capacity and ensuring Lina medical, health and wellness practitioners continue to receive the highest quality customer service and support for their practice needs across all locations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Be an effective and motivating leader.
  • Manage practitioner experience teams, contractors, and vendors across all Lina locations.
  • Embody and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Exhibit professionalism always to effectively communicate with incoming health professionals including Medical Doctors, Mental Health and Wellness Practitioners.
  • Get energized by selling and closing deals.
  • Meticulously manage our sales pipeline from initial contact (via phone, email or scheduled tours) all the way through subscription and on-boarding.
  • Train and motivate location-based teams to ensure a high level of performance with a focus on empowering them to conduct effective tours to maximize conversion rates.
  • Initiate and lead creative strategies to drive sales – including strategic partnerships to drive referrals, new customer incentives, marketing campaigns and any relevant initiatives to maximize sales.
  • Manage and oversee CRM Software to ensure every incoming lead is properly captured and moves along our sales pipeline with the goal of conversion to customers.
  • Set and prioritize sales and operational goals.
  • Ensure all locations remain at capacity and our revenue targets are achieved on a consistent basis. Ensure churn rate remains low.
  • Conduct high-quality in-person location tours, showcasing the Lina product and value proposition and consistently close deals.
  • Build and manage teams (i.e. Recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding new employees) as Lina scales and opens new locations.
  • Be highly organized to ensure all leads are moving through the sales funnel effectively.

·Monitor and control location-based spending in line with set budgets.

  • Ensure continued HIPAA/OSHA Compliance, implementing necessary controls as needed to ensure on-going compliance of Lina’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure practitioner experience teams provide excellent customer service to Lina’s practitioners and their patients aligned with Lina’s core values and standards.
  • Ensure practitioner experience teams are trained in line with Lina’s core values and ethos.
  • Conduct scheduled and ongoing practitioner experience team evaluations with the goal of evaluating key performance indicators and opportunities for advancement.
  • Maintain, update, organize all training and compliance records.


Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills. Strong ability to effectively build and lead teams, ability to create and maintain strong morale and positive spirit in a team.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, real estate, start- up experience a plus.
  • Solution focused, not problem focused.Strong ability to analyze challenges and identify viable solutions.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms (HubSpot knowledge highly desirable)
  • Strong vision and ability to execute on that vision -ability to quickly learn and understand fast moving real estate trends. Ability to create competitive strategies and plans.
  • Quick learner and open to change when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Overall positive attitude with affinity for optimism and passion for their work.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Can effectively meet and exceed goals.

What we offer

-Base Pay Range - $75,000 - $150,000 and is commensurate with experience.
