10% - Other Duties as Assigned:

Manage practitioner experience teams, contractors, and vendors across all Lina locations.

Meticulously manage our sales pipeline from initial contact (via phone, email or scheduled tours) all the way through subscription and on-boarding.

Build and manage teams (i.e. Recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding new employees) as Lina scales and opens new locations.

Conduct scheduled and ongoing practitioner experience team evaluations with the goal of evaluating key performance indicators and opportunities for advancement.

Ensure practitioner experience teams are trained in line with Lina’s core values and ethos.

Ensure practitioner experience teams provide excellent customer service to Lina’s practitioners and their patients aligned with Lina’s core values and standards.

Interview and train new employees, conduct employee reviews and establish detailed performance goals

Collaborate cross-functionally across Business Development Leads, Customer Relationship, Managers, Legal, Marketing, Finance to report accurate information.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Familiarity with contract management software such as Conga, and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.

Support and help program manage any deal and enablement efforts.

Previous experience in a sales operations or related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities

Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management

Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures

Work closely with Finance and Warehouse

Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance and external manufacturing partners to understand the demand forecasting drivers

5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, operations and warehouse
