Job Description

Our agency is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team with a focus on sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, as well as sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Provide exceptional candidate and client experience by managing communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment and sales process
  • Track and report on recruitment and sales metrics to measure the success of recruitment and sales efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment and sales process
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and staffing requirements
  • Proactively identify and source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment and sales process
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain new clients, and meet the staffing needs of existing clients


Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and best practices for recruitment and selection
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and recruiting top talent
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
