Senior Project Manager, Heavy Civil

Our client is specialized in delivery Highway, Bridge, Water/wastewater and utilities projects across the Austin region with alternative delivery and traditional delivery methods.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be integral to advising on strategy, growth, vision and business development, as well as overseeing high-profile, exciting projects within their current portfolio. They pride themselves on their core values of collaboration, integrity, innovation and trust - resulting in organically growing, high-performing teams, with an impressive, constant flow of work their revenues currently stand at $1+billion.

They are looking for a driven individual who can evidence strong leadership and mentoring skills, whilst continuing to support their vision of progression and growth.

Responsibilities that are required:

· Multiple project oversight ($10 million to $500 million project size)

· Oversight & mentorship of multiple Project Managers and Engineers

· Running and managing crews and project teams of up to 250-350

· Ensuring project success and business development with clients

· Working closely with project owners and clients

· Managing subcontractors

· Strategies to complete projects on time and within budget

· Input on Preconstruction strategy

· Direct involvement in hiring efforts and growing out individual team

· Long-term P&L responsibility of between $25 million to $70 million
