General Notes
Requires intermittent travel and work on evenings and weekends, especially during critical time periods - including professional learning institutes, Fall, Spring, and summer enrollment periods, and legislative sessions. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
Purpose
To increase the growth and support the implementation and success of OnRamps through assigned ESC Region/district/school/charter partnerships in support of increasing the number and diversity of students who engage in learning experiences aligned with the expectations of leading universities and consistent with OnRamps strategic plans.
Responsibilities
  • Document and monitor caseload and effective communications with new and existing partners using identified Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to inform data-driven systems
  • Implement with fidelity the plans and initiatives for acquisition, recruitment, growth, and outcome targets for regional/district/school/charter partnerships in alignment with strategic plan under the direction of the Associate Director of Partnerships and Development.
  • Implement identified strategies and practices that promote OnRamps mission to serve as the primary client relationship manager for potential, new, and existing regional/district/school/charter partnerships for OnRamps services and products, including dual enrollment; establish and maintain regular communications and activities in alignment with partner status, needs, and strategic plan. Lead and engage in communication to support partner growth, success, and sustainability through ongoing interactions and development of strategies to support implementation.
  • Develop and implement outreach initiatives in alignment with the 3-year strategic plan as assigned in close collaboration with the Associate Director of Partnerships and Development and/or Assistant Director of Partnerships. Maintain and communicate activities and outcomes related to assigned strategic project(s) and make recommendations in support of sustainability, growth, effectiveness, and goal attainment.
  • Implement identified strategies and practices for client relationship management to retain existing partners, establish growth opportunities within existing partnerships for OnRamps services and products, including dual enrollment, and support successful implementation of services and growth plans among existing partners.
  • Communicate activities and outcomes and maintain collaborative engagement within the partnerships team and across teams in the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the principles and methods of quality improvement and design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Measurement, Educational Psychology, Design, or another related field.
  • Strong project-management skills, including ability to set up, organize, and oversee complex, high-stakes projects in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach oneself new skills/procedures and quickly adapt to rapid change.
  • Demonstrated experience in interfacing with community stakeholders, results-driven relationship development, and providing high-quality virtual and in-person customer support with decorum.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and integrating continuous improvement processes.
  • K12 Teaching or Counseling experience.
  • Knowledge of the diffusion and uptake of educational innovation.
  • Knowledge of statewide and national credit-based transition and accountability standards.
  • Master's or terminal degree in Education, Educational Measurement, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Psychology, Psychology, Design, Business, Communication, or another related field.
  • Formal improvement of learning science and/or design thinking training, certification, or experience.
Salary Range
$72,000 + depending on qualifications
Working Conditions
  • Climbing of stairs.
  • May work around standard office conditions.
  • Hybrid work environment - typically two days a week in the office and three days a week from a remote office.
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
