E-Commerce Coordinator Jobs

Tivoli Audio is looking for a E-commerce Coordinator to join our e-commerce team. This role will fall within the ecommerce team and will be highly visible across all verticals of the company. We are looking for someone who can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and is eager to learn about all things direct-to-consumer. This is an on-site position and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our Boston office location.

-Main Responsibilities

oWorking with the E-Commerce Director on the larger scope of the business online strategy.

oManage the company's Shopify platform and 3^rd party e-commerce websites e.g Amazon, BOL.com, Otto .etc. Ensuring that product information, translations, pricing, and images are accurate and up-to-date.

oMonitor and manage online inventory, ensuring that products are in stock and available for purchase.

oCreate and schedule sales and brand emails, ensuring that they are sent out on time and are engaging to customers.

oAssist in online sales effort such as creating on-demand landing pages, editing and cropping photos / images for flash sales activations.

oMonitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on the Shopify platform and Amazon account, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues that arise.

oManage affiliate program and accounts.

oAnalyze email sales and traffic data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

oResponsible for project management and execution of all site content briefs for timely & functional deliverables.

oAssist with ad hoc reporting, testing initiatives and special projects.

Skills/Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with experience working on an ecommerce content management system like Shopify and 3^rd party websites like Amazon, BOL.com and others.

-Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

-Decent analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.

-Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.

-Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Effective time management skills.

-Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
