Job Title: Partnership Manager - Professional Sports Team

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Partnership Manager to join our professional sports team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing partnerships with sponsors and other stakeholders in the sports industry. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team to identify potential partners and develop creative proposals that meet their needs. You will be expected to be an expert in the sports industry, with a deep understanding of current trends and market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners and develop creative proposals that meet their needs
- Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective partnership strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of the sports industry, including market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
- Keep up to date with the latest industry news and trends, and identify new opportunities for partnerships
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with partners
- Work closely with other departments, such as ticketing and hospitality, to deliver on partnership commitments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns that leverage partnerships
- Track and report on partnership performance, including revenue generation and ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the sports industry
- Strong understanding of the sports industry, including current trends and market insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Passion for sports and a desire to work in the sports industry
