About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Operations Planner to help support demand planning, production planning and material planning for our compounding operations. You will leverage your problem-solving abilities, motivation, and experience to determine production mix and quantities that support sales and inventory goals while optimizing production capacity. We are looking for a self-starter that will drive process improvement by building out tools and metrics to support operations planning.
You Will

• Articulate and document all risks resulting from production capacity, issues and material shortages
• Work cross functionally with Marketing and Growth teams to align on the appropriate demand plan for all compounded formulas, creating a demand plan based on historical trends and planned marketing where necessary
• Create buying recommendations for raw materials based on forward-looking production projections
• Make or recommend revision to planned production when schedules cannot be met
• Bring appropriate resources together to build out a weekly production plan and drive alignment across the pharmacy labs
• Manage finished goods inventory for compounded products within company guidance while maintaining click to deliver metrics for customers
• Drive accountability through the implementation of key metrics such as forecast accuracy and adherence to production plans

You Have:

• Demonstrated ability to organize resources and analyze alternatives to make effective decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
• 5+ years experience in at least 2 of the following: Demand planning, Production planning, Supply planning
• Basic to Intermediate SQL and/or Python experience is preferred
• Ability to think through complex problems and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
