Operations Planner Lead Jobs

3 – 5 years of production planning / supply chain / inventory management experience

Responsible for ordering and management of Component inventory & Finished Goods

End of Season inventory management planning; ad hoc cycle counts and run outs to reduce liability

Experience in manufacturing and/or consumer goods/retail preferred

Handle S&OP between vendor and Brands

Ensure vendor OT&C accountability at 95% or higher

Essential Education and Job Requirements:

Develop and manage integrated team.

High school diploma or equivalent with significant site experience

Minimum of 10 years of operations experience preference offshore operating facility or onshore plant via senior technician

Experience in leading and development of team members from both personal development as well as business capability deployment

Strong technical knowledge within operations and tactical understanding of operational deliverables in a site constrained area

Daily management of production issues at vendor base; make recommendations and communicate downstream impact when issues arise

1-3 years of supply chain experience

Exceptional communication, prioritizing, collaboration and problem-solving skills

Track and ensure the timely movement of inventory (finished goods and components)

Assist with portal transactions (partner with Inventory Control, Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers) / troubleshoot issues such as quantity and date discrepancies

Build strong partnerships with Global Transportation and vendor bases to expedite components and finished goods; influence earlier delivery times where possible

1-3 years of supply chain experience

3+ years experience in at least 1 of the following: Production planning, Supply planning

Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections

Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner

Expert knowledge of engineering, project management concepts, tools and techniques

Strong EVM (Earned Value Management) experience, reporting and metrics

15 years experience in Project Scheduling with Primavera P6

Experience producing project schedules on several major critical infrastructure projects

Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to present data and reports to internal and external stakeholders

Manage finished goods inventory for compounded products within company guidance while maintaining click to deliver metrics for customers

5+ years experience in at least 2 of the following: Demand planning, Production planning, Supply planning

Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections

Basic to Intermediate SQL and/or Python experience is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
