About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Operations Planner to help support demand planning, production planning and material planning for our compounding operations. You will leverage your problem-solving abilities, motivation, and experience to determine production mix and quantities that support sales and inventory goals while optimizing production capacity. You will be a self-starter that will drive process improvement by building out tools and metrics to support operations planning.
You Will

• Drive accountability through the implementation of key metrics such as forecast accuracy and adherence to production plans
• Create buying recommendations for raw materials based on forward-looking production projections
• Bring appropriate resources together to build out a weekly production plan and drive alignment across the pharmacy labs
• Articulate and document all risks resulting from production capacity, issues and material shortages
• Make or recommend revision to planned production when schedules cannot be met
• Proficient in inventory management concepts with an understanding of the financial and operational implications of planning decisions
• Manage finished goods inventory for compounded products within company guidance while maintaining click to deliver metrics for customers

You Have:

• Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Demonstrated ability to organize resources and analyze alternatives to make effective decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
• 3+ years experience in at least 1 of the following: Production planning, Supply planning
• Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus
• Ability to think through complex problems and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is
$70,000 — $85,000 USD
