Senior Manager Office & Facility Services

Who are we hiring?
The Senior Manager Office & Facility Services will be responsible for working with the Vice President, Office Services with oversight of Madison Square Garden Entertainment’s Las Vegas office presence. This new role is critical in providing best in class service to business units supporting MSG Sphere. This includes general conditions, space planning, maintenance, and administrative duties all across multiple sites. The Senior Manager should have proven experience working in a cross-functional capacity delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This position will support core internal partners on site needs.
What will you do?

• Conduct physical inspections of the facilities identifying areas of need and see they are addressed in a timely fashion
• Oversee work quality of outside vendors, including janitorial, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting & carpentry as it relates to conditions and appearance
• Execute autonomously providing rapid response to all employee and operational needs
• Action internal client needs in regards to but not limited to: space planning, furniture, dynamic IT & security requirements
• Lead day-to-day facility operations for the workspace locations ensuring they are carried out in a manner consistent with internal client expectations
• Manage centralized pantry/office supply program, First Aid cabinets - Maintain stock, daily rounds to replace, inventory management to re-order as needed
• Established relationships with local service providers within multiple trades
• Primary contact for unique & reoccurring visitor/vendor access, employee onboarding activities

What do you need to succeed?

• 7+ years of experience in facility management
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects with accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal & professional skills, including effective verbal and written communication
• OSHA 10 Certification a plus
• Self-starter with a strong sense of personal initiative; Responsible, reliable and dependable with strong follow through
• A team player, able to coordinate and collaborate across the organization
