Manager Operations Services Jobs

Position Summary
The Manager of Operations Services will oversee the operational restaurant standards in collaboration with the Area Supervisor and Director of Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Administers and evaluates operational training of new MITs, General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders according to Sonic standards.Oversees adherence to field operational standards and procedures in accordance with company policy.
Works with Area Supervisor and other leaders to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities.Administers spending against the operational budget with approval.Plans organizes, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events.Develops and maintains organizational communications such as newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and support staff.Will be assigned projects and responsible to see through completion working collaboratively with support personnel and field operations.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointThorough understanding of operations policies and practices.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent required.Exceptional restaurant industry work experience
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONSMust be able to work in the field up to 80% of the time within the designated work schedule.Must be able to travel to include extended overnight trips up to 50% of the time. Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 50 hours a week.Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day on average.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
