Job Description
The Senior Legal Department Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operations of the Legal Department, with responsibility for administration and tracking of contract review requests, and ownership of contract maintenance processes. This role will also support privacy, corporate governance and compliance functions as needed.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Coordinate meeting setup, travel and expense reporting
  • Monitor shared mailbox and maintain list of new requests for assignment to members of the Legal Department each day
  • At the direction of reviewing attorneys, circulate fully executed agreements to stakeholders
  • Perform other tasks and projects as requested
  • Create, maintain, and continually improve contract maintenance processes, including storing executed agreements and relevant correspondence for prompt retrieval and tracking review due dates and contract lifecycle.
  • Complete template documents for review by attorneys
  • Support management and organization of contract templates, negotiation checklists, and other documents and tools maintained by the Legal Department
  • Assist attorneys with compiling and finalizing documents for review and signature by clients
  • Compile and analyze performance data, and prepare charts and reports, as required
  • Store all fully executed documents and organize and maintain Legal Department files
  • Maintain Legal Department intranet pages
  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients.
  • Adhere to strict code of confidentiality as it relates to clients, policies, and procedures of the Company
  • Adhere to Company Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, and Corporate Policies
  • Responsible for the administration and tracking of contract review requests and follow-up with internal clients on status of pending requests.
  • Follow up on outstanding items with attorneys and internal clients


Qualifications


  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract or operational administration strongly preferred.

  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
