The Role

The Parts Coordinator will assist management coordinating with departments to support the operations of the service department and daily administrative activities, will coordinate special projects and will offer training and expertise to current staff; will review the accuracy of company records and will suggest and implement improvement initiatives.

• Pay- $21 to $26 hourly, based on experience

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Audits of Technicians weekly
• Support Service centers efforts by reviewing business records to identify areas of improvement and cost reduction.
• Monitor supplies inventory and purchases.
• Partner with Vendors and Recon Managers
• Take-off wheels and tires PMR inventory and selling of sets – tracked and monitored
• Warranty repairs on customer units
• Crate and update trainings and materials related to warranty, parts, labor and standard departmental practices.

This is the right opportunity for you, if you have…

• 3+ years of automotive dealership parts experience
• Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of auto parts, automotive systems and tools.
