The Senior Consultant will work with The ExCo Group leadership team to help organize , innovate and further develop our innovative program offerings available that help enterprises make impact with scalable executive leader programs. Working with a matrixed team, the Senior Consultant will work on customized programs that cover a variety of leadership topics as well as programs designed to accelerate impact for specific targeted audiences. Programs will build on successful existing programs such as Woman inspiring Woman among several others that have been delivered across a global platform. Additional duties will include helping operationalize much of our IP and recent and upcoming books from our amazing group of former executives. The Senior Consultant will also be part of a cross functional team that contributes to our digital platform. This role will have a heavy interface with our ETM customers and well as internally with our own cadre of mentors and coaches. It is expected that the Senior Consultant will be part of account management teams.

Location:Arlington, VA (Metro Accessible – Hybrid 2 days a week in office)

Requirements:

5+ Years of relevant experience and;

·Bachelor’s Degree

·Program Development

Strong relationship management skills

·Ability to multitask

·Strong Communication skills – writing, email and phone

·Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills

·Experience in Executive Leadership Development or Strategy a must

·Excellent editing skills

·Business acumen
