Job Description

Leadership Development Consultant - Executive Assessments


We are looking for a leadership development consultant that can work directly in our executive assessments practice. Working alongside our cadres of former CEO's and Global Business leaders who specialize is assessing senior leaders, this role will interface with Executive Talent Managment professionals of our customers in presenting deliverables while also working as part our assessment team in reviewing and compiling data, Engagements include overseeing project management, data analysis, report writing and customer relationship activities. We work with many of the Fortune 500 and interact regularly with key executives. Specific duties include:


  • Collaborate on ways to innovate new elements of the practice
  • Organize and analyze interview and survey data
  • Interface with customers
  • Write initial reports for review
  • Work with ExCo executives on pattern recognition
  • Project manage executive assessment execution from end-to-end


Qualifications:

·3+ years of relevant work experience- Strong consulting skills a must

·Strategy or Human Capital Consulting experience is a must

·Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

·Great project management skills

·Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

·Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills





Location:Hybrid/Arlington, VA- two days a week in office required.
