Senior Innovation Implementation Consultant Jobs

Consult with the business partners to develop vision and strategy for the engagement and overall user experience.

Consults with business partners to leverage a human centered design approach to solve complex problems.

Leads the execution of research, synthesize and share key findings, provide recommendations to the business.

Create storyboards, leads prototyping and testing of ideas and concepts in collaboration with the business.

Facilitate and Educate employees to leverage human centered design. Champion and provide training to teams of employees.

Facilitate and manage strategy design, innovation sprints, and leadership engagements to produce deliverables.

Engage with digital applications to mobilize a full range of consulting and delivery capabilities.

Knowledge of innovation management or strategy

3 - 6 years client management/consulting/SaaS experience

2 - 4 years project management experience

Tracking, reporting, escalating and communicating progress, risks, issues resolution to the customer and management as required

At least three years of experience in programme management at the cross-sections of innovation, entrepreneurship, green and youth engagement

Working knowledge of another UN language an asset

At least seven years of experience in managing projects across multiple geographies and sectors

Experience planning and carrying out key events in the environmental sphere

Proven planning and M&E experience

Manages ambiguity and complexity (Level 2)

Is there a standard software (e.g. LMS, Asset management)

Knowledge and network experience to make recommendations such as, where to meet potential customers, e.g. most important trade conferences, etc.

Experience purchasing solutions from tech providers

Knowledge of the Sales Cycle, Decision Makers, Sales Objections, Distribution Channels, etc.

Deep rooted manufacturing experience and understanding of enterprise functions

15+ years of experience in manufacturing including senior leadership level decision making, factory operations, etc.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual starting salary

3+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a strategic industrial design role

Proven experience in Brand Strategy, Design Strategy, Insights, Communications, Innovation & Product Development from ideation to implementation/ execution

Compelling presentation and proposal skills

Self-starting with an entrepreneurial spirit

A creative multi-disciplinary fluid thinker who never gives up

5+ years experience in project management, customer success or technical consultant role

5+ years experience in SaaS tools either as an administrator or implementor

Experience managing multiple customer stakeholders

Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills

Strong technical knowledge and fundamental understanding of API’s

Experience in procurement processes and tools

5 years plus experience in project management, innovation, or product development function.

Proven experience managing large, complex B-to-B and/or B-to-C projects; management of multi-disciplinary teams in a corporate environment.

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above on a year-for-year basis.

Creating business requirements, vendor assessments, specifications, prototype de-sign requirements, and quality assurance measures to advance concepts through the innovation process.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
