Senior Game Development Manager

Sirius Play, a leading game development company, is seeking an experienced Senior Game Development Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and a proven track record of successful project management within the industry. Responsibilities

• Remain up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Lead the game development team, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, including artists, engineers, and designers
• Oversee the development of game features and mechanics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as publishers and contractors, to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Integrate user feedback into game development, as well as analyze and interpret user data to optimize engagement and satisfaction
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
• 7+ years of experience in game development, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with successful experience managing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or game development
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
