You have an enthusiasm for and a deep knowledge about games, game dev, community & social media trends

Technically savvy with experience of using multiple marketing channels, content creation and community tools

Minimum of 1 year of experience in community or social media working on games

Strong experience in managing Discord communities

Good communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams around the world

Fully Remote working, and a flexible working day

Must possess a strong knowledge of special event management, event planning, operations, entertainment standards, and logistics.

At least 6 – 8 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced live event/production environment.

Must have functional knowledge of control room signal flow and an understanding of technical equipment to the larger show/production.

Must possess a strong knowledge of football rules, stats, storylines, and history

Working knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere, and other graphic/video editing software required.

7+ years of experience in game development, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role

Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Exceptional leadership abilities, with successful experience managing teams

Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure productivity and efficiency

Manage relationships with external partners, such as publishers and contractors, to ensure the successful completion of projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

● Minimum of three years’ experience leading mission-critical operations, preferably in a sports-related venue environment..

● People leadership experience, preferably in the operations space.

● Solid communication skills (including public speaking) and overall comfort engaging with clients, press, and public figures.

● Responsible for recruiting, motivating, and training Game Operations team members, including Greenskeepers.

● Serve as the resident expert on all software platforms and technology related to Game Operations.

● Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
