Senior Financial Analyst- Jrd Global Consolidations

Janssen Research & Development, LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst in the JRD Global Consolidations, FP&A and Business Operations team. The position will be based in Spring House, PA, also open to Titusville or Raritan. There is also periodic travel to other NJ/PA JRD offices.

Within the Janssen R&D Finance organization, the FP&A and Business Operations team is the global center of excellence for financial expertise. Reporting to the JRD Capital and Headcount FP&A Manager, this role is responsible for all compensation and headcount reporting and analysis for Global JRD, and this role partners heavily with the organization. This role plays a critical part in compensation and hiring planning for Global JRD for Forecasts and Actuals spanning the US, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, China, Japan, and UK Janssen R&D affiliates. This position will have broad exposure to the JRD CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and the entire global finance organization in R&D.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have an analytical mind set and must be confident in representing the business at a global level. They must have the ability to develop strong business relationships across different countries with varying areas of the business. They should also be proficient in financial analysis, financial reporting and be open to travel within the role.

• SAP/Beacon knowledge is preferred
• A minimum of three years finance or related business experience is required.
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement solutions & improvements, work independently, and prioritize between multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines and deliverables is required.
• Strong influencing, communication and framing skills are required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A CPA/CMA is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English (written & oral)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or related is required.
