Senior Executive Accountant Jobs

Senior Executive Accountant. This is a full-time position with full benefits. You will be able to work autonomously, be detail-oriented, possess strong critical thinking, assist the Controller & CFO, collaborate with HR, and process payroll.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Monthly Partnership Distributions

• Review and Calculate partnership distribution schedules making sure that we comply with the various Partnership Agreements. Correspond with our CPAs to make sure the way we are making distributions agrees with the CPA’s interpretation of the Agreement.

Process Loans

• Assist with processing refinances, purchases, and sales documents

Process Field Payroll Using ADP-Workforce Now

• Record the payroll liability expanse on Quickbooks
• Allocate the billing and create invoices to the respective properties
• Collaborate with HR and Timecard Supervisor to adjust hourly employee payroll

Assist Controller & CFO

• Distribute K-1 forms to partners
• Assist with year-end tax prep and adjusting journal entries

Process Manual Check Requests For HR

• Manual Check includes termination, refund, reimbursement, occasional prior period adjustment checks, etc.

Medical, Dental, Vision, And Life Insurance Bills

• Collaborate with HR in verifying the bills, paying the bills, and correctly distributing expenses to the corresponding properties.

Others tasks

• Other tasks will be assigned as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will liaise with different teams and partners
• 3+ years accounting experience
• Experience in Property Management & Yardi software is a plus
• Experience in ADP Workforce now is a plus
• Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
• Must be a quick learner

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Experience in refinances and new loan processing is a plus
• Great communication skills. Positive and can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics required
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
