Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Ability to draw on understanding of others to achieve desired outcomes and inspire action.

• Ability to resolve interpersonal and technical conflict within and outside the team.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including customers, product managers, and external partners.
• 12 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
• Ability to represent and be accountable for the technical output of the team.
• Proven ability to successfully lead people, teams, or projects in different contexts.
• Ability to lead effectively in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,500 to $182,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
