As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Contribute to defining strategic direction, planning the roadmap, and ensuring team success.
- Coach and develop direct reports, setting performance expectations and managing career progression.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and diversity within the organization.
- Work with team members to define success, set goals, and track progress using data-driven approaches.
- Ensure knowledge is shared amongst the team to avoid single points of failure.
- Delegate ownership of tactical decision-making but maintain responsibility as a tiebreaker where necessary.
- Own the development and implementation of strategies to optimize user experience and conversion rates, including the use of A/B testing.
- Lead a team of 4 to 8 direct reports, focusing on enhancing consumer experience and e-commerce metrics.
- Hire new team members, defining roles, conducting interviews, and closing offers.

Qualifications:
- Ability to draw on understanding of others to achieve desired outcomes and inspire action.
- Ability to inspire committed and positive action towards accomplishing organizational goals.
- Ability to resolve interpersonal and technical conflict within and outside the team.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including customers, product managers, and external partners.
- 12 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
- Ability to represent and be accountable for the technical output of the team.
- Proven ability to successfully lead people, teams, or projects in different contexts.
- Ability to lead effectively in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,500 to $182,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
