Hybrid/Remote Position


The Senior Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth within the >10,000 EE employer space. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. Additionally, the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to continuously improve sales performance and drive business growth.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance (forecasting, pipeline health, etc) and present these to senior management, providing insight into key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.
  • Establish and maintain a strong sales culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a focus on achieving results.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and actively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, Strategic Alliances, Clinical Sales, and product development) to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and support to effectively hit their targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new sales techniques or technologies to help the company stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to help them meet their individual and team goals.
  • Partner in developing and managing the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet sales targets and support business growth.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to inform future sales strategies.


What we expect from you:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans and strategies, and make strategic decisions to achieve identified objectives
  • Experience managing a large and diverse sales team
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM and other sales-related tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
