Job Description

A successful CPA firm, located South-West of Boston, is actively seeking a Senior Director to join their growing team! This person will be responsible for supporting the mission of dozens of non-profit organizations that the firm works with. If you’re interested in learning more, please keep reading!


Responsibilities:


  • Provide training/support to staff members
  • General ledger & experience in budgeting/forecasting preferred
  • Strong reconciliation/balance sheet analysis skill
  • Strong desire to support Non Profit Organizations and their Missions
  • Effectively manage/communicate multiple staff accountants working on multiple clients


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years non-profit experience
  • CPA required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 8+ years of accounting experience, including GAAP financial statements and tax issue exposure
