Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager (Onsite - Dallas, TX)

The client is a digital marketing agency and video production company in Dallas, TX. They are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to join the team.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring all client needs and goals are met, including managing client relationships, weekly client meetings, client communication, and acting as a liaison between the digital marketing team and the client.

Job Responsibilities

• Staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends, strategies, and techniques.
• Identifying and assessing client needs for their digital marketing campaigns.
• Presenting and explaining digital marketing campaign strategies and results to the client.
• Creating strong rapport and relationships with clients.
• Delivering and communicating digital marketing reports to the client.
• Liaising between the digital marketing team and the client, including troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Managing the client relationship and digital marketing projects.
• Understanding client goals and communicating those to the digital marketing team.
• Communicating with clients via email, phone, and a weekly meeting.

Skills Needed

• 4-6 years’ digital marketing experience and handling professional-level client communication.
• Solid organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive under a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Team player.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing best practices and content marketing, web design/development, video production, branding, social media, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, analytics, etc.

Compensation

$75,000 to $110,000
