What We’re Looking For:
Embark on an exciting journey with RocketDrop as we search for a seasoned and analytically inclined Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital campaigns across various platforms for RocketDrop’s portfolio of brands. Your role will involve harnessing data insights to enhance campaign performance and drive conversions. You will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to strategize, execute, and analyze campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and contribute to overall business growth and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives for our portfolio of brands.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, proposing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics such as clicks, impressions, CTR, conversion rates, and ad spend, and provide directional analysis from that data.
- Implement advanced techniques to enhance lead generation and conversion rates, driving growth in our e-commerce efforts.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to dissect campaign performance, identify trends, and formulate data-driven optimization strategies.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and execute paid Social Media advertising strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter (X).
- Leverage your deep understanding of target and lookalike audiences to craft compelling and impactful marketing messages and campaigns.
- Design and implement Paid Search, and retargeting campaigns to engage and convert users who have previously interacted with the brand using Google Adwords and Bing Shopping.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working in performance marketing required.
- Exceptional budget management skills, with a focus on maximizing cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Results-oriented mindset, consistently aiming to improve campaign performance and meet KPIs.
- Strong familiarity with various digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices, including HubSpot.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field desired.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data.
- Expertise in leveraging Google Analytics and data analysis to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills to collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing paid Social Media advertising strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter (X), leading to increased brand visibility and engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns and strategies.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing, lead generation, and target audience segmentation.
