About The Opportunity


  • Senior PM/ Project Manager general construction work at our prestigious College client!. Awesome way to switch over to the owner's side for PM /senior PM level candidates looking to get away from the grind of General Contractor! Lab experience/school experience is required


Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders
  • Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure for the owner's project
  • Tracks and validates approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders
  • Communicates with construction manager/ runs meetings etc
  • Processing of payment requests and change orders
  • Reviews the final soft copies of documentation, reviewing completion and adherence to A / E comments


Senior Construction Project Manager Qualifications


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience with lab and college/ school exposure experience required
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
