About The Opportunity


  • You will make sure that quality standards are met and that all tools and supplies are constantly on hand
  • The site's orderliness and adherence to safety rules will be the responsibility of the construction superintendent
  • In order to obtain approvals, you will communicate with inspection authorities
  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Construction Superintendent to support their latest ground-up commercial projects


Heavy Construction Superintendent Responsibilities


  • Control every part of the project, from planning to execution
  • Manage the onsite staff and subcontractors
  • Give resources to the designated initiatives
  • Interact with clients, city and county authorities, architects, engineers, contractors, and project inspectors


Heavy Construction Superintendent Qualifications


  • 5+ years of superintendent experience
  • Someone with experience who wants to work in Massachusetts is needed
  • Prior experience managing construction projects for public housing from the ground up, with over 30 million dollars worth of wood and steel experience
