About The Opportunity


  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support their latest ground-up commercial projects
  • You will also aid with the design phase and the approval process
  • You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders


Construction Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests
  • Project planning
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion


Construction Assistant Project Manager Qualifications


  • Efficient coordination and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
  • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, with internships preferable, and those with 1 to 5+ years of construction management experience
