About The Opportunity


  • You will assist in managing the scheduling, budgeting, and execution of the project
  • Assistant Super from the bottom up is a must-have for 20+ million people
  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for an Assistant Construction Superintendent to support their latest ground-up commercial projects
  • Our customer has important tasks that we require someone who is knowledgeable about to aid them with


Assistant Construction Superintendent Responsibilities


  • Provide resources to the designated initiatives
  • Helping to oversee on-site employees and subcontractors
  • Assist in supervising every stage of a building project, from design to execution
  • Interact with clients, city and county authorities, architects, engineers, contractors, and project inspectors


Assistant Construction Superintendent Qualifications


  • 1 to 5 years of construction experience
  • Someone with experience who wants to work in Massachusetts is needed
  • Prior experience in construction management on public projects costing more than 20 million
