We have an exciting opportunity that is defining how we use analytics to transform customer experiences and accelerate business growth. We are looking for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills; someone who is an independent self-starter with a passion for delivering data-driven insights.
Our team provides the SBSEG Customer Success organization with analytics support through a strategic thought partnership. This role focuses primarily on supporting our digital experience teams in their efforts to develop the best possible solutions for our customers. With the emergence of generative AI and its extraordinary potential to transform our customer solutions, ours is an exciting and fast-paced team in which to work.
This role is Hybrid and will require 2-3 days in office per week.
What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field
• Ability to narrate complex stories with data and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions: can present results in meaningful terms
• 3+ years of experience working with product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics
• Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deadlines
• Highly proficient in A/B testing, SQL, Tableau, Excel and Qliksense. Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R), developing and deploying machine learning models, working with generative AI is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization experience, and accountability required
• Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems
• Experience in customer service/support domain is a plus

How You Will Lead

• Driving self-serve and data literacy: You will define, implement, and standardize metrics, reports and dashboards. You will pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues to resolution. In addition, you will collaborate with Data Engineering in building innovative data capture and real-time analytic capabilities needed by the business
• Identifying opportunities and influencing partners to act: You will partner with Product and Customer Support leaders to provide key customer insights and influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various leaders
• Driving business strategy: You will provide recommendations utilizing multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesn’t exist. You will be critical to decision-making
