Senior Data Analyst Jobs

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of our product suite by leveraging vast amounts of data to provide insights into our customers' behaviors and needs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data analysis processes, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive product development, optimization, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations for business stakeholders, illustrating data trends and insights.
• Ensure data integrity by continually reviewing and refining data collection and processing methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, utilizing statistical techniques as needed.
• Generate data-driven insights and work closely with the product and sales teams to translate these into actions that drive user acquisition, retention, and product development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for deriving insights from data.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in handling large data sets and delivering data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
