• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.
• Design and develop highly scalable and performant backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug backend systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Optimize backend systems for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

• 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development and expertise in data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Express.js.
• Proven track record of designing and architecting scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with microservices architecture and building RESTful APIs to connect Linux backend services to frontend applications.
• 10+ years of experience in backend development, demonstrating a strong track record of successful projects.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS products such as EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PHP, Node.js, NoSQL, and SQL.
• Proficient in using source code management tools such as Git.
