They invest in a variety of different industries in the lower-mid market including Business Services, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Products and Services, Waste and Recycling, Later Stage Technology, and Distribution.

They have a flexible capital structure and a control and minority transaction investment style. Their investment size is typically between $3M to $8Mand they are willing to co-invest with a partner.They have a flat hierarchy and their culture focuses on mentoring and learning, and looking to win as a team.

THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

• The majority of the time you will be working on deals
• Serving on the board
• Portfolio management

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following

• As Senior Associate, have 1-2 years of Private Equity experience
• : 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience within M&A or Leveraged Finance

The successful candidate will display the following characteristics:

• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• High Energy
• Self-starter and a multi-tasker
