SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - JUVENILE COURTS (FULL-TIME)

As part of our team of Administrative Assistants in Juvenile Court, you will be able to help teenagers and families change their past to lead a better life.\ Our mission to the community of Bannock County is to protect its citizens from juvenile crime. We will strive to accomplish this by assisting families in developing skills that will enable them to be productive and responsible members of society, and holding youth under our responsibility accountable for their actions.\ The schedule for the position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch. Some areas of coverage will include: Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon, and Thursday morning working as a receptionist; attendance of Detention hearings and Juvenile drug court throughout the rest of the week; and any court coverage needed if other clerks are gone. In addition to weekends off, Bannock County has a generous vacation and sick leave policy and provide ten (10) holidays off per year.\ Our County has an amazing benefits package. Health, dental, and vision insurance costs \$22 per month for the employee and \$32 per month for each dependent. We also take part in PERSI, which can give a monthly payment for life after retirement (after the completion of a vesting period), we provide life insurance and long-term disability with the ability to get additional life insurance coverage.
