The Opportunity:

Scheduling Specialist is responsible for performing scheduling duties for patients for services at an Ensemble Health Partners client.

III. Essential Job Functions

Scheduling and pre-registering patient for the appropriate procedures based on physicians’ orders.

Selecting accurate medical records for patient safety and providing proper patient instructions while providing excellent customer service.

Point of service collections and financial counseling functions as appropriate.
