Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics, including cost, quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction
• Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations for customers to customer expectations, risks, options, project plans.
• Activities include Documenting decisions, following standards, and communicating with business groups.
• Experience in handling the production support issues like L2, L3
• Ensures suppliers have a full understanding of the Buyer’s program and the benefits
• Good knowledge of Downstream modules (Buyer, Invoicing)
• Ariba Integration with S/4 HANA
• Good Knowledge on Ariba approval flows
• Provide Business processes and respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
• Experience on ARIBA SCC (supply chain collaboration) and Direct Procurement
• Basic knowledge on SAP ECC (checking PO, Receipt, Invoice)

Eligibility:

• Good communication skills (Oral & Written)
• Must have 10+ yrs industry experience
• Must have SAP Ariba operational experience

• Associate/bachelor’s degree in any related field
