Data Migration Analyst

Location : Remote

As part of our Technology Solutions Group (Cira Infotech), We are looking for an onsite resource (must be Reno based) to support the attached functions.


Major Dutie

  • Gather, analyze and process client data during data migration from and existing client system to Salesforce
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive service in all interactions.
  • Travel to industry conferences and visit customers on white when called upon. Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Constant communication with your project team and client to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal Services teams to define ongoing best practices for data migration Serve as an MTX brand ambassador to create promoters within industry.
  • Proactive outreach to ensure customer success during their first month post-live.
  • Lead clients in data migration best practices in order to clean and migrate their data in the best way

Minimum Qualification:

  • Experience with data manipulation techniques, such as Mapping Data, Cleansing Data, Formatting Data, Clustering Data, Harmonizing Data.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Understanding of and ability to explain data migration and data cleansing best practices.
  • Ability to display good judgment.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Experience writing, reviewing, testing data mapping, transformation scripts.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and change.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
  • BAmp, Talend, SQL, Any other tools to analyze data is welcomed.
  • Self-driven on Data Exploration, Data Discovery preferred.
  • Experience with data migration tools, preferably Data Loader
  • Understanding of and ability to explain Salesforce data structure best practices.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions.
  • Highly organized and strong ability to multitask.
  • Ability to follow through on tasks until completed.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills
  • 4-10 years’ Data Migration experience with past leadership, or strong ambition to lead and grow a Data Migration practice.
  • Experience on Azure Cloud and Azure Data Factory
  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analysing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
  • High degree of flexibility
