Job Description

A pioneering online publisher in wealth management, thewealthadvisor.com is looking to hire a sales-driven, full-time executive assistant for the CEO. This fully remote position opens the door to a high-impact role as you partner with an executive whose leadership and vision have shaped the firm.


The Executive Assistant will not only act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact to the CEO's office but will also drive sales through diligent prospect tracking and outreach.

The role encompasses the coordination of extensive travel arrangements, managing incoming calls and correspondence, and facilitating crucial meetings with high-level clients, along with diligent follow-ups.


Candidates must have at least 2-3+ years of experience in a sales-driven one-on-one executive support role. A bachelor’s degree is highly desired. An ideal candidate will also bring a proven track record in managing priorities and will be tech-savvy, comfortable juggling competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.


Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Cloud Solutions, sales automation systems such as Marketo, and is essential, as is the ability to interact smoothly with both internal and external contacts, including the executive team. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to take shorthand notes and draft business correspondence, are paramount.


Job Duties Include:


 Drive sales by managing and tracking prospects, conducting regular outreach, and following up effectively.

 Work with advertisers to obtain orders and manage billing

 Post content on the site in the appropriate category with the correct coding, incorporating suitable graphics as required.

 Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics

 Save the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information

 Maintain the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel

 Represent the executive by attending virtual meetings in the executive's absence and speaking on their behalf.

 Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

 Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.

 Collect information from sponsors for their profile in guides

 Create PDF’s with marked-up changes in comments

 Serve as intermediary between sponsors and Graphic Designer

 Prepare contracts in Adobe Sign

 Proof Guide copy

 Markup Guide PDF with edits for Graphic Designer

 Schedule all parts of the sponsorship packages

 Follow up on all parts of sponsorship packages to implement

 Retrieve data from cloud-based platform. Edit data and repost to another platform.

 Perform background research on the Web

 Create tables in Airtable

 Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information

 Secure information by completing database backups

 Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.


Annual compensation begins at $70,000 base + $30,000 assured performance income for closing deals. This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours. Applicants do not have to have their own computer equipment
