Sales Support Specialist will assist the Chemical Guys Wholesale and National Accounts Sales Department. You will provide support to Sales Management in the form of addressing customer data requests, researching order and invoice questions, assisting with meeting set up and planning and other sales related opportunities. You will also perform data entry tasks, digital image requests and customer specific spreadsheet completion. As part of your customer service responsibilities, you will assist with order tracking and help answer customer questions.

Position Description:


  • Gather and Manage Sales Sample Requests
  • Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request
  • Support the sales team to meet month-end goals
  • Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
  • Provide Support to the Sales Department
  • Provide requested support to sales management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments and customers
  • Support sales staff by addressing order questions as well as keeping the sales staff informed of any issues
  • Make travel arrangements for the sales team and the when needed

Required Skills:


  • Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Ability to learn and work in Customer Specific Portals


First Year Deliverables


3 months:

  • Gain access to and understanding of our Wholesale Channel and Retail National Accounts Channel by working with each Channel Leader
  • Login and become familiar with each Customer Specific Portal


6 months:

  • Be proficient with ZOHO (Wholesale) Process to support our WD Sales Manger
  • Be proficient at New Item set ups in each National Account Portal
  • Support International Summit Set Up and Coordination

12 months:

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Sell-In Database, ZOHO and NPD File
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Chemical Guys WD and National Account Product Listing
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Account Specific Portals
