Job Description

CSG Talent are currently partnering with a leading Payroll & HR Services organization who have entered an exciting period of growth. As a result, they are recruiting for a Sales Representative to join them in St. Paul.


Tasked with prospecting, engaging, and selling to small businesses within St. Paul, the successful candidate will receive industry leading training to ensure a strong understanding of the extensive list of HR and Payroll solutions on offer.


Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:

  • Discuss their needs to determine most suitable products.
  • Find opportunities to sell solutions including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Workers Comp Insurance, Tax Services, PEO, and Consulting.
  • Meet with prospective clients either remotely of face-to-face dependant on clients preference.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track information.
  • Keep in touch with clients after the sale to offer additional products and services.


Requirements

  • Ability to use Salesforce - Preferred
  • 2 Years+ experience as a sales representative in a new business environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
