At Globe Life - AIL, we're all about building relationships with our customers and delivering exceptional service. As a remote sales representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and sales assistance to our clients, while working from the comfort of your own home or anywhere there is Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities:

-Outbound calls to existing customers and union-generated leads.

-Set appointments or assist union workers with their benefits.

-Identify and assess customer needs to match with best-fitting products and services.

-Work with our team to meet and exceed weekly sales goals.

-Build strong relationships with customers and act as a brand ambassador for Globe Life.

-Continuously improve on growing your mind, body, and spirit by surrounding yourself with a like-minded and successful culture.
