We are looking for an individual with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with our clients while educating the marketplace about our services and value options as an Advance Planner.

For nearly 100 years the Douglass family has owned and operated mortuary locations in the Los Angeles area with a focus on the needs of the varied families in the communities we serve. Our business started in Hawthorne and has grown to surrounding communities due to our reputation of extraordinary care and compassion.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills/Lead Generation/Networking abilities
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities and relationship development skills
• Use of a vehicle for transportation
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Current CA Preneed Funeral or Life Insurance license or the ability to obtain one
• Prior sales experience required
• Ability to effectively make appointments and present value options to clients
