We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations processes and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the sales organization with data-driven insights and resources.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate and aid in the creation of account sales presentations
- Generate reports, executive summaries and provide insights to sales leadership to support informed decision-making and to provide visibility into sales performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Track and monitor sales performance against forecasts and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Provide support to sales teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales-related processes and systems.
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as inventory software.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
