Key Accountabilities


Reporting to our Director of Target for the Health & Wellbeing Collective (H&W Collective), this role will serve as a key member of our team and will be an important “face of the H&W Collective” to our most strategic customer. Cross-functional leadership within H&W Collective demonstrating teamwork, partnership and a holistic business approach is critical for success. Our Sales Manager – Target & Ulta will work closely with our broker network in conjunction with building solid relationships with our buyers. Strategic and thought leadership is required to scale our business to new heights.

  • Articulate the H&W Collective’s unique positioning to deliver overall growth
  • Own reduced revenue and gross sales strategy
  • Collaborate with our customers to ensure true partnerships
  • Build and manage relationships with multiple buyers ensuring goals are met
  • Ensure pricing / financial guidelines are followed in the marketplace
  • Strategically and profitably plan and execute annual business plans
  • Be the “execution arm” of H&W Collective and bring our plans to life at retail
  • Lead and own rewards and media
  • Lead sales efforts at Target & Ulta as well as any other customers/brands as identified by Sales leadership
  • Be an ambassador of our team values (Be Yourself, Be Disruptive, Be Passionate, Be Supportive) and contribute to the culture to make it better for all of us!
  • Plan and execute profitable, “on-strategy” annual promotion plans


Key Experiences And Qualifications


  • Energized and passionate about building a transformational brands in today’s marketplace
  • A true “Team Player” who can work cross-functionally to achieve results
  • 3-8 years of experience in retail with 2-5 years in CPG sales or similar with a proven track record of success (Target experience preferred)
  • Understand P&L and/or trade spend management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (managing people or brokers considered a plus)
  • Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Ability to change information into insights for actionable growth
  • Excellent communicator with a high degree of comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Solid negotiation skills in ”getting to yes” with retail partners
  • Personally and professionally motivated to deliver results and get things done
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative sensibility


LOCATION: Remote Role (CST or EST zones ideal)


HOURS: Full time, exempt (salaried)


MANAGER: Sales Director Target


The pay range for this position is $102,000 - $153,000 dependent on experience.
