Job Title: Sales Manager (Homebuilding)
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee our client's sales operations in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in new home sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a talented sales team, drive results, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers to drive referral business and expand the customer base.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead in the market.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure continuous learning and development within the sales team.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to present to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in new home sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the homebuilding industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, monitor sales performance, and generate reports.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
