THE ROLE
We are looking for a coordinator to join our Sales Enablement team. As FinancialForce grows, there is a need to enable our go-to-market teams to more effectively market, and sell our FinancialForce solutions.
As the successful candidate, you will assist the enablement team in operationalizing sales enablement programs and events to drive significant product and sales knowledge of FinancialForce offerings. You will work cross-functionally, orchestrating across product, internal sales training, sales and solutions engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile data and metrics to build reports that highlight the impact of the sales enablement programs being supported
- An organized communicator who will support the execution of global in-person and virtual training programs, new hire onboarding & ongoing training events
- Assist with creating training content to improve results
- Ad-hoc enablement projects to improve the enablement program
- Help manage tools and resources to ensure that sales productivity is up, and administer support of our internal sales enablement platform and act as a key liaison for developing and maintaining content for our internal learning management system
- Maintain updated knowledge within our internal GTM knowledge base while helping to track which resources are most-used
- Support the administration of internal sales coaching programs; including collection of pre-work, daily emails to coaches, post-session feedback collection, and reporting
- Communication and stakeholder management: you'll need to be able to connect with sales reps and key stakeholders alike to figure out how to build the right content, processes, and training
- Play a key role in the management of training projects and logistics, including coordinating activities, tracking project timelines and priorities, and engaging the right stakeholders
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- 0-2 years relevant work experience in a sales enablement, training or sales role
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A knack for outlining processes in the simplest way possible
- Primarily a self-starter but you aren’t afraid to ask for direction

Salary Range: $65K - $90K
