Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 / year


Description


The role of the Sales Coordinator at Birch Gold Group involves several key responsibilities. These include ensuring the accuracy of the company's IRA QUE from the moment it is received to its completion, managing the Lock List, verifying and sanctioning data before it is submitted, and providing general assistance to the Sales Manager. In addition, the Sales Coordinator will handle tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling and coordinating meetings, drafting documents, and submitting write-ups in conjunction with the HR department. They will also be responsible for documenting sales training and monitoring the progress of each Opener through a 'certificate' monitoring program. The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong analytical skills, have a keen attention to detail, and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Conduct quality control on follow-up calls to ensure that all customer interactions are recorded accurately and that customer needs are being met.
  • Maintain the accuracy of Birch Gold Group's IRA intake log by regularly updating and verifying customer information.
  • Contribute to a POSITIVE Culture by cultivating relationships with fellow sales professionals, managers, and supporting administrative staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to provide support and assistance as needed.
  • Review and approve data before submission to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
  • Assist with other departmental duties as needed.
  • Track locks that the team is behind on and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager to ensure that the team is meeting its goals.


Requirements


  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, statistics, mathematics) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
